AAVS1-TRE3G-EGFP is a donor plasmid for the knock-in of an expression cassette into the adeno-associated virus integration site 1 (AAVS1). The expression cassette is flanked by two homological sequences to AAVS1. This cassette allows the expression of a puromycin resistance gene for selection, the Tet-on 3G tetracycline transactivator under control of the CAG promoter and EGFP under control of the tetracycline inducible TRE3G promoter. The vector backbone contains an ampicillin and kanamycin resistance gene and a pBR322 origin of replication. | |
